徐青 男 1966年8月出生。1985年9月考入安徽机电学院机械工程系，1989年7月毕业。1989年7月-1993年3月任杭州杭罗机械工业有限公司销售经理。1993年4月-1995年5月任杭州和泰机电工贸有限公司经理。1995年6月-1999年11月任杭州（萧山）和泰机电工业有限公司总经理。1999年11月至今，任杭州和泰机电工业有限公司董事长。其间于1997年9月-1999年5月在浙江大学管理学院攻读MBA学位。
